Announcing: Organize October Challenge!

Let's use October to brain dump and baby step ourselves into traction at home.

They say that September is like a second January, marking the start of a new school year and a fresh beginning. However, unlike the exhilarating start of January, September often feels exhausting. Give me October any day, with or without a pumpkin spice latte!

This October, I have something special for you, and as a fan of alliteration, it’s called “Organize October.”

What is Organize October?

September is all about getting the rhythms of a new school year up and running. Moms dig in and make everything happen. October is the time we peek up and start noticing how hard entropy has hit while we concentrated on our strong school start.

Let’s just roll with it!

Let’s use October to brain dump and baby step ourselves into traction at home.

I’ve designed a super fun challenge for the whole month of October that will motivate you to make progress, with daily shots of encouragement and focus all month long!

Organize October will be completely free and publicly available. Expect checklists, live events, blog posts every week, as well as daily episodes and emails. You’ll have numerous opportunities to enter end-of-the-month giveaways, and win weekly prizes like free products, discount codes, and store credit just for participating.

Get practical traction in your home this October!

This October, we will move through the house week by week, rethinking our attitude and approach in each area, while also tackling the actual space.

Organize October Challenge Week-by-Week Guide

  1. Week One: The Kitchen
We’ll start with the heart of the home. Reorganize your kitchen to streamline your daily routines.
  2. Week Two: Entryway and Living Room
Declutter and optimize these essential gathering spaces to create a welcoming home environment.
  3. Week Three: Your Bedroom
Focus on creating a restful retreat for yourself. It’s time to prioritize your own space for rejuvenation.
  4. Week Four: The Bathroom
Just one! We’ll touch up one bathroom to improve both function and comfort.
  5. Final Week: Organize Your Attitude
Conclude with a wrap-up session dedicated to rethinking our mindset towards home organization.

How to Make the Most of Organize October

My goal for October is to initiate tangible and meaningful baby-step organization tasks that will truly make a difference in your home.

I’ll do a YouTube Live every Monday, send out a checklist for the week every Sunday evening, and have a survey for you to report your progress every Friday. In between, daily shots of email encouragement will keep you motivated and moving.

Tell your friends about Organize October so they don’t miss out either!

Let’s Make Our Homes a Place of Joy and Order

Let’s dig in and engage with the spaces that God has blessed us with, creating homes and families that glorify Him. We will do this by repenting, rejoicing, and repeating. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to transform your home and heart this October!
