That feels like the story of my life. That’s why I keep writing about these things: to keep myself committed to following through with what I know will work – if I do.

Consistency can be just as scary as change.

Are we really committed? It’s easier to look at the problems and feel bad and start over than continue to put one foot in front of the other and make real, lasting progress.

But we can do it.
